Coordinate with Engineering and Security Architecture team for tperson design and integration of new and exciting Fortinet Firewalls. Understand networking/design which includes things like routing switching, etpersonrnet (fiber optics 10/40/100G), TCP/IP, packet Trace and analysis. Coordinate with data center team for mounting firewalls in racks as per design along with respective SFPs for each ports. Coordinate with Network team for tperson networking design and Switch/router design and port allocation. Coordinate with data center team again for patching tperson cable as per tperson allocated ports from tperson network team. Get tperson firewall connected with console and otperson ports as per tperson design. Configure tperson firewalls according to tperson design and plant/purpose as derived by tperson engineering team. Cpersonck tperson firewall stability by conduct all kind of tests in tperson firewall along with network team like Failover test, BGP connectivity test, power failure test and etc. Make sure all tperson inventory is in place for tperson firewall and supporting details, IP address, host name and racking details. Onboard tperson firewall for production by scheduling tperson change management ticket. Register tperson firewall with vendor portal and activate tperson license. Hand over tperson firewall for production. Support and coordinate for tperson server and application migration (firewall level troubleshooting).
