About Us:

We are seeking an energetic, experienced optician to join our legacy practice in San Francisco who has the capability to work with our loyal patients.

Moreover, as the dedicated point of contact, you foster a sense of trust and excitement in each client. They should leave with the desire to return again, knowing they have found a place where their needs are understood and met in a way that surpasses their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Meets and exceeds all client service and sales standards by consistently delivering an exceptional experience.
• Connects and develops strong relationships with customers to build and maintain a strong client following.
• Stays current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.
• Maintains presentation standards both on the sales floor and back office.
• Possesses a “can do” spirit and strong drive for results; self-motivated with a desire for continual learning and improvement.
• Foster positive working relationships with the practice, communicating any concerns promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager or as business needs.
• Exemplifies Denny Eye and Laser Center values

Requirements:

• 1 year of optical experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of current optical practices

Preferred experience with the following:

• ABOC
• Knowledge in the following, vision insurance, optometry, and ophthalmology knowledge

Perks:

• Working Schedule is Monday through Friday, no nights and no weekends .

Location: San Francisco, CA. One office location. No travel.
