Work-Life Balance: Enjoy Flexible Scheduling Options Tailored to Your Needs. 1 st shift - Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 3:30pm 3 rd shift - Sunday to Thursday from 7:30pm to 6:00am, will train on 1 st shift before moving to 3 rd shift, 10% shift premium compensation Overtime Opportunities: Increase Your Earnings with Eligibility for Overtime Hours Empowered Workforce: Be Part of a Culture Driven by the Voices and Ideas of Our Employees Duties & Responsibilities: Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project Assemble and fabricate large metal structures using various equipment such as MIG welders, grinders, torches, arc cutting and measuring tools. Responsible for manufacturing products according to the specifications and standards of the customers. Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints. Lifting and carrying heavy items and moving components by operating an overhead crane. Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements. Maintains safe and clean working environment. Wear proper personal protective equipment.
