Job Description

Role: Fortinet Network Engineer Location: Columbus, OH (hybrid onsite) Term: 4-6 Months Our team is looking to hire a Network Engineer who is savvy with Fortinet products to join our project team! We have initiated a global Network SD-WAN migration effort, which includes 15+ sites in the US. This individual will be centrally located to support the equipment preparation, then periodically travel to sites around the US for hands-on migration execution. Responsibilities: Prepare and execute SD-WAN migrations at multiple Hexion locations (15+) Participate in Deployment and Cutover activities either onsite or remotely Diagnose and resolve implementation issues Create and update project documentation (Design, Standards, Runbooks, Issue Logs, Assets, ...) Collaborate with various client stakeholders and support staff Required travel to US locations (frequency 1x every 3-4 weeks, 3-5 days per trip) Experience Required: Experience with Fortinet products: FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiGate, FortiNAC, etc. Experience with the installation, configuration, and management of physical network equipment Must be able to execute routing protocols, overlay techniques and SDWAN. Wireless protocols and frequencies Minimum 5 years' experience of next generation firewall (NGFW) configuration and WAN and LAN topologies. Technology related certifications (Cisco/Fortinet/Juniper/Aruba etc.) Required Skills : Fortinet, migration, SD-wan, Fortinet, Forti manager, FortiGate, fortinac, Forti analyzer, configuration Basic Qualification : Candidate must be willing to travel 1 time every 3-4 weeks to client sites around US. While travelling they will be at the same client site for 3-5 days working in person. Please make sure candidates are committed to travel.
