The Role:

As YO Mobiles Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube. Youll grow our social presence, manage community engagement, and develop innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a robust social media strategy to grow YO Mobiles online presence.
  • Create and manage engaging content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Grow social media following and engagement while boosting YO Mobiles brand presence.
  • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and videographers to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Initiate and manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns with external partners.
  • Manage and boost posts through paid media to optimize performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, appearing in content as the face of YO Mobile when needed.
  • Oversee content creation and production, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Monitor trends and craft timely, viral content that connects with audiences.
  • Engage with followers through thoughtful community management to build trust and loyalty.
  • Plan and maintain a strategic content calendar to ensure consistent execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy and report on results.
  • With proven results, the opportunity to grow and build a dedicated social media department in the future.

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
  • Experience in defining and executing social media strategies that drive results.
  • Creativity and a knack for crafting scroll-stopping, viral content.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external influencers.
  • Stellar community management skills with an eye for authentic engagement.
  • Ability to quickly react to trends and leverage them for impactful campaigns.
  • Passion for experimentation and testing new ideas to optimize performance.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and manage multiple campaigns.
  • Experience in paid media management, including boosting posts and optimizing performance.
  • Confidence in frontof the camera, representing the brand when necessary.
  • Spanish and English language fluency required, experience living in both the U.S. and Mexico is a plus.
