About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and optimize revenue processes across our organization. In this role, you will be the central force behind CRM efficiency, data integrity, and strategic alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success. By streamlining workflows and delivering actionable insights, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth, enhancing team performance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work setup , combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own & Elevate – Be the HubSpot Guru, fine-tuning the CRM for peak performance, keeping data spotless, and coaching teams to use it like pros.
  • Turbocharge Pipelines – Build and refine top-tier pipeline management systems that keep deals moving and teams in sync with industry best practices.
  • Decode Data – Craft insightful dashboards and reports that don’t just display numbers—they tell a story, guiding leadership with clear, actionable takeaways.
  • Forecast & Fuel Growth – Keep a sharp eye on sales performance, tracking revenue trends, compensation plans, and future opportunities.
  • Streamline & Optimize – Design and fine-tune sales and post-sales workflows, removing roadblocks and making processes seamless.
  • Unite & Align – Sync up with marketing ops to sharpen campaign tracking, ensuring all revenue-driving teams are rowing in the same direction.
  • Innovate & Adapt – Stay plugged into the latest CRM and RevOps trends, bringing fresh ideas and smarter strategies to the table.

  • Data-Driven Storyteller : Numbers don’t just speak to you—you translate them into insights and action. You can build powerful dashboards, track key revenue metrics, and present data in a way that drives smart decision-making across sales, marketing, and leadership.
