The Biologics by McKesson location in Fort Worth is dedicated to delivering specialty medications with superior service and quality. We are seeking talented and experienced Pharmacy Fulfillment Technicians to join our fulfillment team, offering opportunities for growth within a progressive organization. Work Hours: MONDAY-FRIDAY 9-6pm Hourly Rate: $21.00 Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick, count, and label medications and supplies to ensure patients receive the correct therapy regimen every time. Package and ship verified medications, supplies, and essential patient information efficiently. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checklist duties to ensure compliance and seamless operations. Record and assess drug storage conditions, including any excursions. Conduct monthly checks for expiration dates on medications and supplies. Receive, document, and stock drug and supply orders as per SOP standards. Manage daily, monthly, and annual inventory counts for drugs and supplies. Update computer inventory and purchasing records in accordance with policies and procedures. Provide assistance to team members to ensure collective success. Handle biohazard materials properly in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Collaborate with the distribution team to provide necessary documentation and accurate information for shipments. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: 1+ years of related experience preferred. Education: High School Diploma required. Certification: Current Certified Pharmacy Technician registered and in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy. Critical Skills: Maintain registration with the Board of Pharmacy and all necessary requirements. Detail-oriented with a proven history of accuracy in preparing prescriptions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Excellent attendance record. Capable of multi-tasking, with flexibility and adaptability. Able to lift or manipulate packages weighing up to 25 pounds. Willingness to work morning and/or afternoon shifts preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Competent in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel). Familiarity with oncology drugs is a plus. Experience in Mail Service or Specialty pharmacy dispensing is advantageous. Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes. Understanding of quality control methods and compliance standards. Proven ability to maintain a pharmacy in an audit-ready status. Salary: $16.58 - $27.63 USD Hourly (Target $21.00/hourly).
