RESIDENCE INN BATON ROUGE LOUISANA IS SEEKING A HOTEL MANAGER TO JOIN THE TEAM. WE OFFER COMPETITIVE PAY AND GREAT BENEFITS! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hotel management, including revenue management and customer service excellence. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable experience while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments. Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability. Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies. Supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance performance and guest satisfaction. Foster a welcoming environment for guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and retain qualified staff members. Implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and attract new customers. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and employees. Monitor guest feedback through surveys and reviews to continuously improve service quality. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices. Experience with night audit procedures is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel reservation systems is essential. A degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required.
