Executive Assistant

Location: 3340 Peachtree Road, Suite 1800, Atlanta, GA 30326

Reports To: CEO, Jackson Mitchell Holdings, Inc.

This role is a corporate function supporting the CEO in overseeing both brands and their continued growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Prepare weekly reports and present to the CEO using various systems.
  • Organize follow-ups with our IT providers to ensure they are completing tasks timely.
  • Assist in managing follow-up to various executive staff, Directors, and vendors.
  • Assist in business license renewals.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist in managing emails, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Prepare and process expense reports.

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and key events.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in planning corporate events, networking engagements, and other business functions.

Office & Project Management

  • Handle special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate administrative functions at the corporate office.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in scheduling, travel coordination, and event planning.
