A bit about us:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our PE Client. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our organization and will design, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Our ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques. This position requires 2+ years of experience.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for new and existing products.
2. Manage and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
3. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
4. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
5. Develop and manage website content, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns.
6. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
7. Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
8. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
3. 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
10. Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
