About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Health Affairs to serve as the chief academic and administrative officer for its nursing program. Applicants for the CNO position at the company should possess a terminal degree and be eligible for tenure at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. A strong background in academic administration, extensive teaching experience in an academic nursing setting, and a deep understanding of national accrediting agencies and state oversight boards are preferred. The role requires the ability to effectively budget and allocate resources, foster a collaborative environment, and work with all stakeholders to meet the needs of the nursing community.
