Responsibilities:

• Alterations:
  • Accurately measure and fit garments for alterations, including hems, sleeves, waists, and other adjustments.
  • Use various sewing techniques and equipment to alter garments to the desired fit and style.
  • Ensure alterations are completed within specified timelines and to the highest standards of quality.
• Repairs:
  • Diagnose and repair damages to garments, such as tears, rips, and buttonholes.
  • Select appropriate fabrics and materials for repairs, ensuring a seamless finish.
  • Provide timely and efficient repair services, maintaining the integrity of the garment.
• Customer Service:
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and offering expert advice.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
• Inventory Management:
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of sewing supplies, fabrics, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
