Pizza Party Manager (Chicagoland Area)

UPDATE: We're looking for someone that is hungry to make a difference. Young entrepreneurial spirit with drive. 

You will need a small SUV or larger vehicle to be able to transport our equipment.

Are you a natural leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get the job done? Our growing pizza tent business is looking for Tent/Party Managers to both lead and actively operate events, creating unforgettable pizza party experiences for our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and Operate: Oversee and actively participate in pizza party operations, including setup, cooking, serving, and takedown.
• Train, lead, and motivate event staff to deliver exceptional service. We will teach you how to do this!
• Ensure equipment, ingredients, and supplies are prepared and maintained for each event.
• Provide a fun, memorable experience for our customers.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and on-site problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and hands-on operational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle high-energy events and think on your feet.
• Willingness to cook and handle food preparation during events.
• Experience in food service or event management preferred but not required.
