About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to spearhead the strategic direction and operations of the HR team. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to senior leadership, driving and implementing initiatives that focus on employee acquisition, engagement, and performance in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves the management of various HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and employee experience. The VP of HR will also be responsible for enhancing and managing the company's HR analytical results, creating best-in-class processes for talent management, and ensuring the company's HR practices support its growth and success. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of directly-related HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in the key responsibilities outlined. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with an HRCI and/or SHRM certification. An MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and management, including the development of recruitment and retention strategies within a multi-site, multi-state organization. Experience in leading an HR department during a period of substantial growth is also a key qualification for this role.
