Role: ServiceNow Developer Location: Denver, CO- Onsite Job Experience: 8+ Year Duration: 12+ Months Essential Skills: ? Overall 8+ years of IT experience. ? 4+ years hands on working with designing / developing technical solutions for ServiceNow CMDB or ITSM modules. ? Must have experience handling complex 3rd party tools Integration with ServiceNow. ? Experience with core ServiceNow applications and related modules, including REST APIs and integrations.? Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology and delivery.? Familiarity with scripting languages including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS. Desirable Skills: ? ServiceNow certifications ? Developer certification, CMDB & Implementation Specialist.? Keen understanding of ITIL framework and industry best practices with ITIL v3 or v4 certification.? Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing deliverables in changing landscape.? Managing the population of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) utilizing automated discovery and other data import methods.? Configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting ITOM Discovery configuration, credentials, ranges, schedules, and reconciliation processes.? Configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow integrations/service graph connectors that perform secondary data import functions.? Configuration and administration of ServiceNow MID Servers.? Monitoring CMDB health and resolving conflicts between data sources. Ability to interpret ITOM Discovery logs/data to diagnose issues.? Define new configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, data collection, and governance.? Create/modify list views, queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow with CMDB data.? Create/modify CMDB identification and reconciliation rules.?
