**What You'll Do:**
- **Drive Strategic Impact:** Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement innovative digital solutions, including CMS, eCommerce, CRM, DAM, and CDP platforms that drive business growth.
- **Simplify Complexity:** Extract business rules from code, interpret complex system mappings, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
- **Document with Precision:** Create clear business requirements documents, use cases, process workflows, and system interaction diagrams to guide development and keep teams aligned.
- **Shape Product Vision:** Work closely with clients to align product roadmaps and backlogs with their business goals, ensuring a strategic path forward.
- **Support System Changes:** Identify system gaps, suggest enhancements, and document processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Facilitate Collaboration:** Act as a bridge between business leaders and development teams, ensuring that requirements are clear and deliverables meet expectations.
- **Champion Quality:** Develop test cases, analyze results, and support user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- **Drive Adoption:** Create training materials and deliver training sessions to ensure a smooth rollout and successful adoption of digital solutions.
- **Collaborate with Excellence:** Work closely with cross-functional teams of strategists, engineers, UX experts, and architects to deliver exceptional results.
**What You Bring:**
- **Experience:** 5+ years in a Business Analyst role, ideally in an Agile environment, with experience in website enhancements or custom builds.
- **Facilitation Skills:** Strong ability to lead workshops and gather business requirements in a collaborative, engaging manner.
- **Documentation Expertise:** Proven ability to create detailed business requirements, use cases, process diagrams, and other key deliverables.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Experience with DXP/CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred) is essential, with familiarity in eCommerce, custom applications, and platforms like CDP and/or DAM being a plus.
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree is preferred, and Scrum certification is a bonus.
- **Work Authorization:** U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
