Job Description:
We are a Pre-Owned is a used car dealership searching for several driven Automotive Sales Associates/Car Sales Consultants to help us sell our constantly revolving inventory of used cars on-site in Hampstead, MD.
We purchase 50-60 used cars a week and we are always looking for talented sales associates interested in high volume auto sales. On average we sell over 200+ cars a month. The ideal candidate would have experience in automotive sales or in a public/client facing customer service role. They would have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive a manual.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet & assist customers
Maintain & upkeep the sales floor
Take customers on test drives
Solve any problems the customer may have
Help the customer find the vehicles they are interested in
Build customer relationships to drive sales
Set a clear goal for your sales performance
Show up on time
Adhere to uniform requirements
Work independently throughout the day
Qualifications(Certifications, Skills):
Proficient with computers and technology
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
Good organizational skills
Capable communicator
Ability to excel in a high pace industry
Able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (preferred)
Experience:
We are looking for candidates with a background in either customer service or sales. Prior sales experience is not required.
Compensation:
Average Yearly Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000
