The Bradley Group is currently seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their Team!

The Safety Coordinator will establish and oversee the health and safety processes for the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Planning Health and Safety Program and Protocols for internal organization and clients
• Training staff internally and externally about health and safety standards
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, federal and state regulations
• Handling risk assessments to gather information on safety issues
• Verifying that employees follow safety protocols
• Investigating workplace accidents and injuries
• Handling all reporting for safety incidents
• Handling Workers Compensation issues and working closely with insurance brokers and attorneys when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or some College is preferred
• High School Diploman
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines and other states and local safety regulations
• Attention to Detail
• Critical thinker, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team and interact with different groups of people.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30 or other certifications are highly desired.
