This is an outstanding opportunity to work with VIP clients and deliver world-class hospitality experiences. You will manage high-volume events, coordinate scratch-made nutritional meals, and ensure flawless execution of daily operations. Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations of the restaurant and café Manage staff schedules, training, and performance Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation Coordinate logistics for events and daily services Implement and maintain health and safety standards Successfully manage budgets and financial targets Requirements Proven experience in a high-volume food/hospitality role Outstanding leadership and communication skills Strong organizational and logistical abilities Ability to work nights and weekends Passion for delivering world-class customer service Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic environment Apply to Wolfgang Puck today!
