We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Assistant at B2B Dental, you will play a crucial role in supporting our doctors and hygienists while ensuring an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists and hygienists during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide chairside assistance to the dental team.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited dental assistant program.
• X-ray certification is required for the State of TN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a dental setting is a plus, but not required.
