Hours: 20-30 hours per week (4-6 hours/day)
Flex Start Time: Any time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service
- Filing documents such as delivery tickets, invoices, orders, and other relevant paperwork
- Data entry for receiving document details, orders, and other related information
- Assist with tracking and managing inventory and receiving operations
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receiving or administrative role
- Proficiency with Excel preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to quickly adapt to new systems
- Strong team player with a customer-focused approach
