Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing team in the construction industry, located in San Diego, CA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on sales, estimating, and delivering quality projects. Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from start to finish, including sales, estimating, preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal coworkers, maintaining communication with customers and team members for status updates.
• Lead the project team and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Oversee estimation and preconstruction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, cost estimating, and project definition.
• Manage subcontracts and coordinate with architects as needed.
• Address quality and compliance issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines throughout project execution.
• Deliver exceptional projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required; fields such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture are advantageous.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of construction processes, sales, estimating, and related trades.

Required Work Hours

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with standard working hours.

Additional Details

Position Type: Direct Hire

Pay Range: $90,000 to $130,000 per year
