About The Role As a Product Manager Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our operations in house tooling product offerings and improving the experience of our warehouse team members, our consignors, and buyers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and machine learning, to define product roadmaps and deliver impactful features. This is a hands-on role where you will get to experience the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while learning from experienced professionals.
**This is a 10 week internship from 6/2/2025 - 8/8/2025.**
What You Get To Do Every Day - Assist in the development and execution of product strategies aligned with our product roadmap, involved in all steps of the product lifecycle from idea to implementation
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the pain points of our teams today
- Collaborate with engineering and cross functional teams to prioritize work, and create user stories for teams to work on.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings as part of the Agile development process.
- Support product launch activities, including testing, training, and post-launch monitoring.
- Assist in tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of product features, as well as track impact and understand prioritization of work. .
- Contribute to the creation of product documentation, such as product briefs, and requirement documentations
What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Requirements: - Interest in the resale or retail industry, sustainability, and consumer tech.

The expected hourly rate for this role is 40.00-50.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
