Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit physicians for locum tenens and permanent placements across various medical specialties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, understanding their goals and matching them with ideal opportunities.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and creative outreach methods.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client staffing needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required—willing to train motivated individuals!
• Previous recruiting, staffing, or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• High level of motivation and ambition, with a desire to earn commission-based income.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
