Who we are?

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. It shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BALY".

Well, what about the team?

The Payments Team remit covers all Interactive brands across the North America region. They are responsible for ensuring our patrons can deposit and withdrawal across our brands in a timely, secure, and seamless manner. The ideal payments analyst candidate has a passion for online payments, brings a high attention to detail, is customer focused and enjoys working in a fast paced and growing organisation.

So, what will you be doing?
  • Monitoring payments to detect suspicious or unexpected activity, troubleshoot problems/issues as they may arise.
  • Ensuring day to day contact with payments providers to resolve operational/customer queries
  • Supporting with testing of new payment solutions
  • Responding to and resolving customer's payments related queries
  • Ensuring chargeback analysis, Dispute Management and Reporting
  • Looking to see how processes can be improved to both enhance customer experience and reduce risk
  • Working with key stakeholders; Compliance, KYC, Fraud, Risk, AML, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment of processes and clear communication
  • Working flexible hours (including weekends if required) to support the business needs
And what are we looking for?
  • Experience with MS Office Tools - MS Excel
  • Experience with customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with online Sports Betting and Casino experience.
  • Strong judgement to make rationale and balanced decisions with regards to player cases.
  • Experience with critical thinking
  • Experience working in fast paced and challenging environment
  • Experience with online payments or banking
  • Knowledge of online gaming payments and AML process
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but commensurate experience is considered
  • Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
