About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual to utilize LinkedIn for generating appointments for our Program Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in outreach strategies and lead generation through LinkedIn. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling appointments to discuss our services. Strong communication skills and familiarity with LinkedIn tools are essential for success in this role.

Zschool partners with over 40 prestigious universities, offering a variety of Executive Education Programs . You will be recruiting board members and advisors for these programs.

Key Role Targets:

• You must have your own LinkedIn Profile (or several) that you can use for professional outreach. It must meet our standards of professionalism, and you will be provided with some language if alterations are needed.
• You must be capable of operating on your own to meet lead goals. There is no micromanaging in this role, so you will be autonomous and able to work on your own schedule (international applicants welcome).
• Search parameters (guidelines and restrictions) will be provided, and you will receive some sample outreach messages you can update and utilize, but it is up to you to find quality leads who are able to set and keep their booked appointments.
• You will have your own calendar link (unique to you) so we can track appointments and you can monitor your success!

Commitment

This is a high-volume role where success is compensated, and the more quality leads you are able to produce the more you will make each week. It is a contract role that can be completed remotely, in any timezone, so international applicants are welcome and encouraged to apply.
