Job Description: We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking M&A Analyst with a specialization in Real Estate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of M&A transactions, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for real estate M&A transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and transaction documents.
  • Perform due diligence and market research to identify potential acquisition targets and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with senior bankers to develop and execute transaction strategies.
