### Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations across multiple Danger Hart locations.
- Develop and innovate menus, staying ahead of food trends and customer desires.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with management to maintain consistency in quality and vision.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering creativity and passion.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost management.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.
