The GC Manager will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to align all project activities, including scheduling, material management, and resource allocation. Clear communication and strong leadership are essential, as the manager will be responsible for keeping the entire project team informed and motivated to meet project milestones and resolve issues proactively.

Attention to detail in all aspects of construction management, from material sourcing to the final walk-through, will be critical to achieving JOSKO's high standards.

Finally, the GC Manager is expected to act as a liaison between the client and JOSKO, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded. The role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to manage client relationships, address concerns, and provide regular progress updates.
