Job Description A large telecommunications company is seeking a fully remote Fortinet Engineer for a contract extending through 2025. The role involves supporting multiple government contracts from a network perspective, handling simple to complex activations for SDWAN, Fortinet, and SASE. The primary focus will be on scheduled SDWAN/SASE and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include resolving complex network issues related to SDWAN, routing (OSPF/BGP), firewall rules, Zero Touch Network Architecture, network hardware (CPE), and internet access products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with PMs and Design Engineers to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions. Applicants should have proven experience with SDWAN, Fortinet, and SASE, a strong understanding of routing protocols and firewall rules, and experience with Zero Touch Network Architecture and network hardware. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
