Title: Fortinet Consultant

Duration: 3-6 Months

Location: Remote

Rate: $80/hr - $90/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Fortinet refresh projects, including system upgrades, configuration changes, and replacements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute project plans that align with business goals.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Fortinet products, including FortiGate firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and other related solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all project phases, including design, implementation, testing, and handover.
• Deliver comprehensive project documentation at the end of the engagement, including network diagrams, test plans, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical expertise and best practices for Fortinet solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Fortinet refresh projects, including hands-on experience with FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and related solutions.
• Prior experience working for a Fortinet partner or Fortinet delivery services team is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts and Fortinet best practices.
• Excellent documentation skills with a track record of delivering comprehensive project deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Fortinet NSE certification (NSE 4 or above).
• Experience with network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
