What You’ll Do

This role bridges Seis’ relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams, focusing on technical and strategic program management to deliver customer-focused features and solutions. Responsibilities include:

1. Be the Central Hub

  • Act as the main point of contact with banking partners, compliance teams, product managers, and design teams.

  • Connect internal teams with banks and third-party vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.

  • Simplify complex systems by reducing the number of connections each team has to manage, making collaboration faster and smoother.

2. Bank Partner Collaboration

  • Own relationships with banks, taking the lead on communications and aligning their capabilities with Seis’ vision.

  • Define and coordinate Seis programs that meet compliance, operational, and customer-centric goals.

3. Customer-Centric Product Design

  • Advocate for simplicity and clarity in product delivery to exceed customer expectations.

  • Translate product requirements into actionable technical and operational plans.

4. Third-Party Partnerships and Execution

  • Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including processors, ATM networks, and cash deposit systems.

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard partners that align with Seis’ strategic goals.

  • Oversee feature and product launches, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.

5. Program Delivery and Execution

  • Own end-to-end program management, including scoping, planning, execution, and measurement.

  • Split compliance responsibilities with the compliance team, handling broader coordination while they focus on technical aspects.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, automating processes, and iterating based on feedback.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in Program or Product Management: 5+ years managing complex programs, ideally in fintech or a related industry. You’ve successfully launched products like cards, payments, or deposit networks.

  • Fintech Knowledgeable: Familiar with vendor building blocks and regulatory requirements of fintech products. Prior experience working with financial institutions or related products is a strong plus.

  • Customer-Obsessed: Empathetic and focused on delivering solutions that simplify and delight the customer experience.

  • Technically Proficient: Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and technical constraints with engineering teams and external partners.

  • A Leader and Problem-Solver: Capable of guiding product managers and design teams while solving problems and simplifying complex systems.

  • A Negotiator and Influencer: Skilled in contract negotiation, vendor management, and building mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Organized and Results-Oriented: Exceptional at balancing multiple priorities and focusing on delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborative: You believe in rowing the boat together, fostering a culture of teamwork, and building relationships internally and externally.

  • Bonus: Spanish fluency or experience working with Spanish-speaking communities.

If You’re Successful in This Role…

  • Seis will deliver new, high-value features rapidly through best-in-class partnerships.

  • Bank and vendor relationships will flourish, with all parties thrilled to work together.
