Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Responsibilities

• Operate commercial hay grinder and various farm equipment safely and efficiently.
• Drive semi-trucks to haul farm products to designated locations.
• Perform general farm work, assisting with various tasks as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in excellent working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in pre-employment drug screening

Requirements

• Previous truck driving experience and valid commercial driving license (CDL) for operating larger vehicles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery.
• Familiarity with farm machinery and livestock operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other operators and customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational needs, while also accommodating personal schedules as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
