At Alphalete Athletics, we redefine performance and lifestyle by creating premium athletic wear designed for those who demand the best in both style and functionality. Through innovative designs and a commitment to excellence, we inspire individuals to push beyond their limits physically and mentally.

Our headquarters serves as a state-of-the-art destination for high performers, offering unparalleled fitness, sports, and lifestyle experiences. At Alphalete, we challenge our team to collaborate, innovate, and strive for more, fostering a dynamic environment where everyone can grow and contribute to our vision.

Role Summary

As our E-Commerce Product Photographer, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and managing product images for our website and digital platforms. Your primary focus will be ensuring that every product is presented in the best possible way—highlighting fabric textures, fit, and details while maintaining color accuracy and consistencyacross all images.

This is not a campaign or lifestyle photography role; instead, it is a highly technical and detail-focused position that requires expertise in studio lighting, Photoshop, Lightroom, and color correction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Photography: Capture high-quality, crisp, and true-to-life product images for our e-commerce platform, including studio and flat-lay photography of athletic apparel and accessories
  • Color Accuracy & Consistency: Ensure all product images match real-life colors and textures while maintaining a consistent look across all imagery
  • Lighting Mastery: Set up and refine studio lighting techniques to enhance product details, ensuring each image is sharp, evenly lit, and free from color shifts
  • Editing & Retouching: Use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit and retouch images with a focus on sharpness, lighting, and non-destructive color correction to maintain product authenticity
  • Detail Shots & Flat Lays: Create high-quality close-ups and flat-lay compositions that showcase key features like stitching, fabric texture, and product structure
  • File Management & Organization: Maintain a well-organized archive of digital assets, ensuring images are easily accessible for web, marketing, and internal use
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and merchandising teams to ensure all imagery aligns with brand standards and seasonal product launches
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce product photography, preferably in fashion or athletic apparel
  • A strong portfolio showcasing product photography with a focus on lighting, detail shots, and color accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other retouching tools
  • Deep understanding of studio lighting techniques, color correction, and product styling
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in color matching and consistency across product images
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple shoots and tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and file management skills to handle high volumes of images
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Capture One
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web image requirements
  • Knowledge of advanced retouching techniques to enhance product images while maintaining authenticity
