The Position:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position that serves as part of the Marketing team and reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for creating original content, developing strategies for improving follower engagement, and managing posts. You will also be responsible for creating digital ads through a variety of platforms and managing brand reputation. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals throughout all clinic locations. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company culture creatively.

Responsibilities:
● Become familiar with our brand voice, tone, and imagery
● Create engaging text, image, and video content for all office locations
● Create editorial calendars and schedules
● Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
● Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
● Communicate with followers using our social media software and respond to queries in a timely manner
● Monitor customer reviews and collaborate with offices to manage reputation and coordinate responses
● Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
● Visit dental offices to procure local content
● Build and manage social media ad campaigns and digital ad campaigns through various platforms
● Assist with internal marketing efforts to promote company and brand image across current teams

Requirements:
● Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital marketing specialist
● Strong copywriting skills required
● Social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
● Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
● Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
● At least one year of digital marketing/social media experience is preferred.
