We are seeking a Dental Office Manager to play a pivotal role in our practice's growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: As our Dental Office Manager, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Patient Experience: Ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit. This includes checking patient's in and out, scheduling, answering phone calls, confirming appointments, insurance billing, e-mailing patient forms.
• Treatment Plan Presentation: Having a thorough understanding of cosmetic and general dental procedures with the ability to present cosmetic treatment plans to patients. Comprehensive knowledge of various financing options.
• Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and motivating our skilled team.
• Budget Management: Overseeing financial aspects and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
• Social Media Engagement: Collaborating with influencers and leveraging social media to showcase our practice.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Exceptional customer service skills paired with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
• Profound understanding of cosmetic and general dental procedures.
• Proficiency in insurance billing and knowledge of financing options (Lending Club, Care Credit).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence in using office software (such as Dentrix) and a willingness to adapt to new tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram & Facebook.
