$26 - $30 per hour

We are seeking an exceptionally professional Dental Office Manager to join our client’s thriving dental practice in Huntington Woods, MI. If you have a strong background in dental office management, experience with Dentrix , and are passionate about leading a team with respect and integrity, we want to hear from you!

As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the practice, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly while fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Professionalism, leadership, and the ability to treat colleagues and patients with respect are non-negotiable qualities for this role.

• Oversee and manage all daily operations of the dental office.
• Ensure a welcoming and organized environment for both patients and staff.
• Lead with respect and set a standard of professionalism for the entire team.
• Utilize Dentrix software for scheduling, patient records, billing, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring that the practice runs efficiently.
• Handle patient inquiries and manage the flow of appointments with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with financial management, including billing and insurance claims processing.
• Foster a team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and mutual respect are paramount.

• Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar administrative role within a dental practice.
• Proficiency in Dentrix software is essential .
• Impeccable professionalism in both appearance and demeanor.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
