Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Cook at IHOP, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your culinary skills will contribute to providing our guests with a memorable dining experience that keeps them coming back for more. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items according to IHOP's recipes and quality standards. 
  • Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety. 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. 
  • Assist in inventory management and stocking of supplies. 
  • Uphold IHOP's commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. 
  • Understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:
