Builder / Project Manager – Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced Builder/Project Manager to oversee the construction of residential homes from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of home construction, and the ability to manage projects efficiently while maintaining high quality and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of residential home construction, from site preparation to final walkthrough.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure cost control and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and designers to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Resolve on-site challenges quickly to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time to meet construction deadlines.
• Assist in handling customer warranty claims, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and any modifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Builder, Construction Manager, or Project Manager in residential home construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
