ASSISTANT MANAGER OF OIL PROCESSING

Our client is a well-known organization in the industry here in Kern County. They have a growing team and they are looking to add a ASSISTANT MANAGER OF OIL to their team. This ASSISTANT MANAGER OF OIL will be molded to learn the inner workings of an oil mill plant. The ASSISTANT MANAGER OF OIL will be monitoring the processing facilities and making sure they are functioning smoothly; Developing new ways to improve the efficiency of the processing facility; and plan out improvement projects.

OVERVIEW OF ASSISTANT MANAGER :

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production process
• Identifying quality issues and drafting reports
• Continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and reducing waste
• Assist with design, operation and optimization of equipment and processes
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Identifying plant improvements

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER :

• Bachelors degree with engineering focus or Agriculture Systems Management (ASM)
• Experience with project management
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, CAD, Solid Works

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agriculture Systems Management (ASM), or similar field.
• Previous experience working with CAD and AutoCAD
• Previous experience working with Solid Works.
