About the Role

Are you looking to launch your career in the booming software sales industry? This is an incredible opportunity to break into tech, even if you don’t have experience in SaaS or sales. You will be part of a motivated team, receive world-class training, and have the chance to work 1:1 with our experienced Sales Managers.

We provide you with fresh, qualified leads every day, so you can focus on delivering impactful software demos and educating prospects on our solutions. You’ll be selling both our Influencer Marketing Software and our agency offerings, giving you a well-rounded start in tech sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct up to six demos daily with prospects (using both fresh leads and self-sourced opportunities)
  • Drive your personal success by striving to exceed monthly sales targets
  • Become an expert in the influencer marketing industry and Upfluence’s SaaS solutions
  • Effectively utilize Salesforce CRM to manage your pipeline and track progress
  • Act as the customer’s advocate, providing feedback to our internal teams to help improve our product and services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experiences

Who We’re Looking For

  • No prior SaaS or sales experience is needed—we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to build a career in software sales.
  • Recent college graduates or those looking to transition into tech from another industry are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and propose solutions that add value
  • A go-getter mentality: you’re eager to learn, willing to push yourself, and ready to take on challenges
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you take ownership of your role and have a strong desire for personal and professional growth
  • Team player with a positive attitude who enjoys collaborating across departments
