Courtesy Automotive Group Summer Internships Phoenix, AZ | $18-$20/hr | 4-6 Weeks | Part-Time Courtesy Automotive Group, a trusted name in the automotive industry since 1955, is offering a paid summer internship program designed to provide hands-on experience to college students in key dealership operations. This program gives students real-world exposure to the fast-paced automotive industry while developing essential skills for future careers. Internship Opportunities are available in these areas/departments: Marketing – Assist with dealership advertising, digital campaigns, social media strategy, and event coordination to drive customer engagement. Accounting – Support dealership financial operations, including invoice processing, budget tracking, and financial reporting. Project Management – Work on dealership improvement projects, tracking milestones, coordinating cross-departmental efforts, and optimizing workflows. Inventory Control (Fleet Management) – Learn about vehicle inventory management, fleet allocation, and vendor coordination to maintain optimal stock levels. Human Resources – Assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance to support dealership personnel operations. Sales – Shadow experienced sales professionals, engage with customers, and learn dealership sales strategies and customer service best practices. What You’ll Gain:
